5.2 Company Cancellations

  • Rescheduling to an alternative date without additional charges.
  • Credit towards future travel with us.

5.3 Refund Processing

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must carry **valid government-issued photo identification** at all times during travel. Failure to present valid identification may result in denial of boarding without refund.

8. Baggage Policy

8.1 Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is entitled to **one piece of checked baggage (maximum 20 kg)** and **one piece of hand luggage (maximum 7 kg)**. Excess baggage may be subject to additional charges.
